If at any time you are having problems with your item please contact us by Email. We are happy to give tech support far beyond the 60 day warrantee.

We guarantee our parts and service for each unit we sell for 30 days. If we fully built a product in our lab, such as with the K3 Trifield meter, our Warrantee extends to 60 days.

Both warrantees and guarantees primarily call for a fix or full replacement of the item in question. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. There will be no refunds beyond 30 days.

State the problem or question as clearly as you can. We are eager to help you with your issue or request.

THE PRODUCT DOESN'T SUIT YOUR NEEDS?

Money back guarantee. You have up to 15 days from the time the package was sent by us to return the product in its original state where it can be resold by us. If the box or any of the peripherals or contents are missing, broken or scratched, we will not be able to give you a full refund for the product. We will assess the damage and give you a partial refund. We feel we are being very fair extending this guarantee to you, we ask that you please be equally fair to us.

The customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

 

LOST A PACKAGE? DON'T WORRY, WE CAN HELP.

Contact us immediately after a package was lost. We will then open a case with UPS. UPS will investigate and after a week, if your package is deemed lost, we send you another unit(s) or refund 100% of your money! This is why we use UPS, they are a superior delivery service.
