RETURN POLICY: You get a 15 day trial period on any product. WE NEVER HAVE A RESTOCKING FEE , however we do charge for initial shipping if you find the item unacceptable therefore please read about your item. If you are not completely satisfied with the product(s), simply return the item within 15 days from the time the tracking states you received product (except if the product was on Ebay or Amazon.com). Upon return of your product(s) YOU WILL GET 100% OF YOUR PAYMENT MINUS THE INITIAL SHIPPING PRICE. Please make sure the product(s) you return is in good resale condition along with all parts, batteries, packaging and manuals in the original box. IF THE PRODUCT IS BROKEN: We take full responsibility of our production or retrofit and related components, therefore if one of our components fail we will replace it or refund your money. If the full product itself fails we will replace it (unless a refund is desired by the customer). In all fairness, please understand that if the product is deemed not broken, we will ship your product back with no refund and relinquish any further guarantees on the product, therefore please be sure of your claims and understand how the product works.
